Kenia Sada

Director

My name is Kenia Sada and I am proud to be part of this beautiful community, KLA Schools of Palmetto Bay. As a school, we are committed to providing a place where children feel respected for their individual qualities. One of my main goals as a Director has always been to create a place where families, children, and staff feel a sense of belonging and harmony, and where a passion for learning and thinking is cultivated by all.

I’ve been in the field of Early Childhood for about 15 years. As a teacher, as an adviser in a Quality Rating Scale program in Miami Dade County for Early Childhood programs, and as the Director of KLA Schools of North Bay Village. Today I am happy to bring my experience and passion to KLA Schools of Palmetto Bay.

On behalf of myself, and our loving staff we welcome you!

Elizabeth Fernandez

Assistant Director

My name is Elizabeth Fernandez, I was born and raised in Miami. My mother was an elementary school teacher and my father was a Miami Beach lifeguard. I loved growing up in such a diverse city and have a passion for the outdoors. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from FIU. After I earned my degree, I worked as a concierge on Miami Beach for 5 years. I loved meeting new people and helping them have the best experience in our city. Once I became a mother my priorities changed, and I chose to stay home. I have two beautiful girls. I have always loved children, but really enjoyed spending my time with them. Going back to work I knew I wanted to use my knowledge to enhance the experience of other children. I am so lucky to be able to work at KLA Palmetto Bay and enrich the lives of the children here. They enrich my life just as much.
